Progress Photos

This is from the SECOND start of Insanity, the photo below portrays where I was before I started and these are from Week 2 end and Week 3 End... another to come at the end of week 4 and beyond! February 2013

This Photo was extremely hard for me to post, but to be completely honest and show how much I really have come, I had to show you everything. December 26th 2011 was the day I made my New Years Resolution to be a "New Year New Body" by the following year end. I did NOT set a weight goal, just a health goal, as you can see, it took me a while to really get started. By April 2012 (Scarlett's First Birthday) It really hit me that I needed to get my ass in gear! August was my latest "progress photo" I will update every few months.

This little one is my reason to get healthy! I want her to grow up knowing that health is very important and that being unhealthy and overweight is not acceptable! We want her to be as healthy and happy as possible, with no health issues and good eating habits. As her mom, I am the one she sees most and looks up to so I have to set the standard high.

This is my first "progress photo" after starting the Insanity program, one I highly recommend.

Week two of Insanity, the week I found out I needed to pack my entire home and move back to Texas, the Insanity program was put on hold BUT not my workouts... I continued walking 3 miles a day!

In March 2012 I became a Certified Zumba Instructor, although I haven't had the opportunity to teach yet because of the chaos of all of our moving! I hope to start January 2013!

One of Scarlett's Fave workouts is biking, so we had our helmets on, ready to go! Can't wait to get my bike out of storage!

Right before moving away from Colorado after a great workout!

Insanity Wipes you out!

My final Colorado "progress photo"... First week of June 2012

Two months in and I had lost 2 pants sizes!

In late June I was confident enough to buy a sexy dress and go out with my husband!

Yes I KNOW this is not a sexy stomach, but being able to look down and see your feet without a gut in your way and you would take a photo too!

August 2012, this "progress photo" really shook me up, I didn't realize until this moment how far my body transformation had really come! On the scale I had only lost 14 pounds in 8 months, but the inches must have been coming off, just goes to show that the scale number isn't everything!

September 25th 2012... I have been working out hard everyday on Eglin AFB while my hubby goes to school, I am surrounded by insanely inshape people and I try to hold my own. This day I mastered the pull up, I did one all the way to my chin, not much but a start! I have also gone down 2 bra sizes!

Ladies will understand why I took this photo... this is the first time I layed down to do crunches and could see my pelvic area WITHOUT sucking in. It is the little things that have been bringing me joy!

My Scarlett... I had to put one more photo of her on here, she is so DAMN CUTE!
Wanted to share the AMAZING shoes I use when working out! The ASICS GEL BLUR 33
I don't like tennis shoes really at all, I am a dancer at heart and love bare feet or jazz shoes, but these are supportive, stylish and feel great!

Last but NOT LEAST, the whole reason I can workout everyday and be a mommy...
My JEEP OVERLAND STROLLER, Scarlett LOVES it... has built in speakers and works like a dream!
