Alright friends, I have bad news, I am fat, like really fat.
I have been slacking off since the hubby got home from his training, slacking on my daily 2 mile walk, slacking on my water drinking, slacking on working out and eating healthy in general. My punishment for this is... drum roll please... I Gained ALL the weight back I lost, all 18 pounds and 5 more on top of that! Being a slacker is a bi$@h.
So my running tally on my weight is now 190 pounds! I KNOW, its WAY to much for my 5 1' frame.
I know its a little TMI to share my actual weight with you but for those of you following me and being inspired by my weight loss, I want to be completly honest.
January 1st I got a membership to Planet Fitness here in San Antonio, which is where we now LIVE Yay! I have gone almost everyday with the exception on about 5! Today's workout was the best and according to My Fitness Pal I burned over 500 calories. Tomorrow I meet with a trainer to give me an exact daily workout plan, the only bummer being that they don't offer ZUMBA, which is my FAVE workout!
So that's it friends, I am fat, but not for long, I have a goal set to be 135 by June and I plan on meeting it. I will be posting more frequently, so for now, believe in yourself, you really can put anything you put your mind to, but it is YOU who has to follow through, no one can do it for you!
